Quinsys Solflom or Quin was born into the House of Solflom a lower house in the Court of the Summer Queen. She stands a thinly framed 5’7” with long loose straight sunny blonde hair, fair skin, light green glowing eyes and a small pouted mouth. She has a dotted emerald scar on her right cheek from a childhood encounter with a goblin and some poison.
Quinsys is the youngest of 15 daughters of the House of Solflom all educated in the arts of their strengths and trained to serve in the Court of the Summer Queen. Quin has been trained in the art of battle and commanding allies as she was the bossiest and most rambunctious of all her sisters. She has idolized the Summer Queen from a young age and follows her philosophies, although much of this may be misguided and based on asumption. She once had a pet mortal child that had stumbled in to the Feywild. She named the child Organa and kept it in the garden until it became too feral and ran off. Most humans must earn her respect by holding their own in battle. Quin holds elves in the same regard as she would any Eladrin, and regards most other races with curiosity, especially if she has never encountered them before.
A bit naive and dreamy, Quin has spent her mature life attempting to win the favor of the court without much success. Her efforts have gone largely unnoticed and if they have been been with amusement at her naivety and impracticality. Her legitimate battle achievements have hardly been acknowledged by even the lowest members of the Court. Given her lack of success, rather than wait for opportunity to come to her, Quinsys left the safety of Senaliesse in search of it. She spent several months traveling through the Feywild looking for the opportunity to please her Queen. Early in her travels she encountered a strong Green Fey Ranger called Jamkas Silentread. Jamkas was on a path to gain the favor of Oran, their personal destinies well suited they joined together on their adventure. Quin and Jamkas then took up with a few other Green Fey that had arranged for some misplaced humans safe passage home. During their travels Quin fell in love with Jamkas but never spoke of it, because her primary quest to become a courtesan in the queen’s court.
Intending to return the humans back to their realm by way of Shinaelestra, the party became lost in a snow covered part of the feywild clearly presided over by the Prince of Frost. Despite the beauty of the glittering snow and ice, the humans became cold and sickly, and passed on before a safe portal was found. After laying the humans to rest by incasing their bodies in 3 stacked balls of snow and depicting their likeness of their faces on the highest ball using rocks and vegetation (a burial one of the green fey insisted was traditional to humans) the party set up camp. As they were drifting off in their respective trances Quinsys noticed a woman in a green gown with snow flowing from her hair pause on the path to admire the human graves. She passed by them and through a stone portal disguised by icicles. Knowing this frigid woman must have been a minion of the Prince of Frost, she seized opportunity and followed her through the portal…
